About This Trail

The Auxier Branch Trail leads to Auxier Ridge with spectacular views of Courthouse Rock and the Red River Gorge. The trail follows cliff edges with panoramic views of the gorge and distant ridges. This is one of the most scenic hikes in Kentucky.

Getting There

From Slade, KY, take KY-15 east to KY-77. Turn south on KY-77 and continue to the Auxier Ridge Trailhead.
