About This Trail
This interpretive trail highlights the remarkable craftsmanship of the Civilian Conservation Corps, who built Devil’s Den State Park during the Great Depression. Stone walls, bridges, and structures along the route demonstrate the skill and artistry of these young workers. Interpretive signs explain the history and techniques used, while the scenic valley setting provides a beautiful backdrop for this educational walk through history.
Getting There
From Devil's Den State Park visitor center, the CCC Interpretive Trail begins at the signed trailhead adjacent to the parking area. The loop passes through the historic district before returning to the visitor center.
