Cypremort Point Marsh Trail

This extension from the main park area leads through waving marsh grasses toward the open waters of Vermilion Bay. The trail offers excellent birding as it passes through habitat favored by rails, bitterns, and other secretive marsh birds. During migration seasons, shorebirds gather along the muddy margins, and year-round the marsh teems with life.
