About This Trail
The Ellijay River Trail follows the clear mountain stream through the Chattahoochee National Forest. The trail passes through mixed hardwood forest with excellent fall foliage and offers several access points to the river for fishing and wading.
Getting There
From Ellijay, GA, take GA-52 east toward Cherry Log. The trailhead is near Cherry Log at the Ellijay River access.
