About This Trail
A 3.4-mile route climbing to Hell’s Point, the park’s highest elevation at 1,123 feet, via 84 steps to a lookout over glacial lake-country. The trail crosses marshlands, hardwood forest, and glacial hills shaped by ice that melted 10,000 to 15,000 years ago near Lake James.
