Hidden in the Talladega National Forest, High Falls is a 35-foot cascade that requires a bit more effort to reach. The 3-mile round trip hike follows an old forest road before descending to the falls. The reward is a secluded swimming hole surrounded by towering hemlocks and rhododendrons.
