About This Trail
High Falls is the most impressive waterfall in DuPont State Forest, dropping 150 feet over a granite cliff face. A covered bridge near the brink provides excellent views of the upper section, while trails lead to the base for views of the entire cascade.
Getting There
From Brevard, NC, take US-276 south to Staton Road. Follow signs to DuPont State Recreational Forest and follow trails from the Hooker Falls parking area north.
