About This Trail
Highlands Hammock State Park is one of Florida’s oldest state parks, featuring ancient cypress trees up to 1,000 years old. The park’s nine trails explore diverse habitats from cypress swamps to scrubby flatwoods. A tram tour provides an overview of the park.
Getting There
From Sebring, FL, take US-27 north to CR-634 west. The park entrance is about 4 miles west of US-27.
