About This Trail

Short interpretive trail on Crowley’s Ridge highlighting the monarch butterfly migration corridor through eastern Arkansas. Best visited in mid-October when monarchs pass through on their southward journey. Educational signage identifies native wildflowers and pollinator plants supporting these iconic migrating butterflies.

Getting There

From Bentonville, take AR-340 north toward Bella Vista. The Monarch Trail is part of the Bella Vista trail system, accessible from trailheads along AR-340 near Bella Vista Lake.
