About This Trail
Monte Sano State Park offers over 20 miles of trails on a mountain plateau above Huntsville. The trails wind through hardwood forests, past rock outcrops, and along the edge of bluffs with views of the Tennessee Valley. The park is known for excellent fall foliage.
Getting There
From Huntsville, AL, take Monte Sano Boulevard east to the park entrance atop Monte Sano Mountain.
