About This Trail
This brief trail descends to Owens Creek and a small but scenic waterfall, one of the few accessible falls along the Natchez Trace Parkway. The shaded creek environment provides a cool retreat, and the falls are especially photogenic after rain. This is an ideal quick stop for Parkway travelers.
Getting There
From Tupelo, take the Natchez Trace Parkway north to milepost 52.4. The Owens Creek parking area is on the west side of the Parkway, with the short trail descending to the falls.
