About This Trail
A 4.8-mile round-trip gaining about 2,200 feet to the 3,556-foot summit, which delivers a 360-degree panorama of Giant, Dix, Nippletop, and Gothics. Despite its moderate distance, the final approach over open rock is quite steep. A parking reservation through the Adirondack Mountain Reserve is required May through October.
