About This Trail

A 6-mile climb to Pleasant Mountain’s summit fire tower in Cumberland County, where the glass-enclosed cab offers unobstructed views spanning 20 miles to surrounding lakes and the White Mountains. The moderate-to-strenuous ascent passes through mixed hardwood and spruce forest to one of southern Maine’s best panoramic viewpoints.

Getting There

From Bridgton, take US-302 west past Mountain Road for 2.3 miles, then turn left onto Wilton Warren Road. The Fire Warden's Trailhead is 1.1 miles on the left, near a large yellow house.
