Ascending McKinney Mountain in Keowee-Toxaway State Park, this 4-mile loop gains 869 feet through mountain laurel and blueberry thickets. Rocky overlooks reward hikers with panoramic Blue Ridge views and stunning vistas of Lake Keowee below.

Getting There

From Clemson, drive north 20 miles on SC-133, then turn left onto SC-11 (Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway). Turn right on Cabin Road into Keowee-Toxaway State Park at 108 Residence Drive, Sunset. The Raven Rock Trail begins at the Meeting House.
