Raven Run Red Trail

The Red Trail at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary follows the ridgeline above the Kentucky River Palisades, offering stunning views of the river and surrounding cliffs. The trail passes through diverse forest communities and along dramatic cliff edges, with overlooks providing views of the river 300 feet below. The sanctuary protects over 700 acres of exceptional Bluegrass Region landscape, including rare plant communities along the palisades. Spring wildflowers and fall foliage are exceptional.
