About This Trail
A 2.4-mile connector trail accessing the Ritchie Ledges, dramatic sandstone cliffs carved from 245-million-year-old Sharon Conglomerate rock in the Virginia Kendall area. The varied footing includes stone steps and root-laced paths below the overhanging ledges, with overlook sections providing views across the ancient rock formations.
