About This Trail
Rock Bridge Trail combines two of the Red River Gorge’s finest attractions—a natural rock bridge and the beautiful Creation Falls. The loop trail descends through forest to the graceful rock bridge spanning Swift Camp Creek, then continues upstream to the waterfall cascading over a rock ledge into a scenic pool. The falls are most impressive after rainfall but maintain flow year-round. The forest along the creek supports diverse plant life, including wildflowers in spring and brilliant foliage in fall. This trail offers excellent variety in a relatively short distance, making it ideal for families and photographers seeking multiple scenic destinations.
