Sheltowee Trace section descending through a hemlock forest along a deep slot canyon to 40-foot Van Hook Falls in Daniel Boone National Forest. Hikers can walk behind the waterfall, and nearly a dozen off-trail cascades and an arch await along the Cane Creek valley route.
