About This Trail

Starting from the horse camp at Devil’s Den State Park, this trail climbs to Holt Ridge and two scenic overlooks: Vista Point over Blackburn Valley and Holt Ridge Overlook above Lee Creek Valley. Strenuous 8-mile route marked with green signs through Ozark hardwood forest.

Getting There

From Morrilton, take AR Hwy 10 west, then AR Hwy 300 north for 2 miles to Petit Jean State Park at 1285 Petit Jean Mountain Road. Follow park signs to the trailhead.
