About This Trail

A 2.1-mile loop in Indiana’s oldest state park entering Wolf Cave Nature Preserve through beech-maple forest, crossing Litten Branch to reach the shallow Wolf Cave. The trail passes limestone sinkhole formations and second-growth hardwoods characteristic of the park’s karst landscape.

Getting There

From Spencer, take SR 46 east approximately 2 miles to McCormick's Creek State Park at 250 McCormick's Creek Park Road. Follow signs to the Wolf Cave parking area for Trail 5.
