An easy-to-moderate loop around ponds and the Ames estate grounds in Borderland State Park in Easton. The trail passes the historic stone mansion, circles Upper Leach Pond, and winds through varied forest terrain in this 1,800-acre former estate with over 20 miles of trails.

Getting There

From I-95, take Exit 10 (Sharon/Walpole). Follow Coney Street to Sharon Center, continue straight, and take the first right onto Pond Street. Follow to the rotary, then take Massapoag Avenue 3 miles to the park entrance at 259 Massapoag Avenue.
