About This Trail
This 2.2-mile route climbs through wooded sections of Brandywine Creek State Park to open overlooks with views across the Brandywine Valley and surrounding Piedmont hills. The moderately hilly trail passes the 200-year-old tulip trees in the Tulip Tree Woods Nature Preserve, offering one of northern Delaware’s best combinations of forest hiking and scenic viewpoints.
