About This Trail
A 4.7-mile National Natural Landmark trek through marshes, ponds, oak savanna, and swamp before reaching Lake Michigan’s shore. Home to over 400 plant species and designated an Audubon Important Bird Area, with sandhill cranes and herons frequenting the wetlands.
