About This Trail
A rolling segment of the 140-mile Horseshoe Trail passing through French Creek State Park’s extensive forest block, open farm fields, and Chester County countryside. The multi-use route connects Valley Forge to the Appalachian Trail at its western terminus near Hershey. Mixed terrain of woodland trails, meadow crossings, and country road sections through one of southeastern PA’s largest forests.
