About This Trail

Explore the 2,200-acre Lynn Woods Reservation, the second-largest municipal park in the country, on a 4-mile loop to the legendary Dungeon Rock cave. Highlights include the Stone Tower atop Lynn’s highest point with Boston skyline views and the 175-foot cave dug by treasure hunter Hiram Marble in 1851.

Getting There

From I-95, take Exit 44B to Route 1 North toward Lynn. At the rotary, take Lynnfield Street south for 4 miles. Turn right at the Lynn Woods sign onto Great Woods Road and park at the lot.
