About This Trail

Loop through a 460-acre Nature Conservancy preserve featuring ancient sandstone formations and the Midlands’ only natural waterfall, a 20-foot drop into Hunt Creek. Fossilized marine creatures stud the layered rock, and Little Peachtree Rock still balances on its narrow sandstone base. Sandhills ecology supports rare plant communities.
