About This Trail
Climb the traprock ridge of East Rock Park via the Giant Steps, ascending 285 feet through a 427-acre urban park designed in the 1870s. The summit offers 360-degree views of New Haven Harbor, Long Island Sound, West Rock Ridge, and the Sleeping Giant ridgeline.
