About This Trail
A family-friendly 2-mile trail through 600 acres of Cape Ann woodland, winding past massive moss-covered boulders and fern-carpeted forest floor. The Ledge Hill summit rewards with views of Gloucester Harbor, and a plaque honors Mason Walton, the legendary Hermit of Ravenswood who lived here in the 1800s.
