A moderate climb to a restored fire tower overlooking Squam Lake, the setting that inspired ‘On Golden Pond.’ The panoramic views from the tower span the Squam Range, Sandwich Range, and Lake Winnipesaukee, making this one of the finest fire tower hikes in New Hampshire.
