About This Trail
A strenuous 0.8-mile descent to a hidden 45-foot waterfall where Falls Brook plunges into a deep granite gorge carved by prehistoric glacial meltwater. Upstream, swirling water has carved glacial potholes and a natural bridge in the bedrock, while winter spray creates fantastic ice sculptures.
