A forest stream route following Sabbaday Brook from the Kancamagus Highway with gentle cascades and swimming holes along the lower reaches. The trail continues past the popular falls into quieter upper terrain, connecting to the Sandwich Range Wilderness trails.

Getting There

From Lincoln, take the Kancamagus Highway (Route 112) east about 20 miles. The Sabbaday Brook Trail shares the same parking area as Sabbaday Falls, on the right side of the road.
