About This Trail
A short 0.8-mile climb to Summit Peak, the highest point in the Porcupine Mountains at 1,958 feet. A 50-foot observation tower at the top provides panoramic views spanning Lake Superior, the Keweenaw Peninsula, and Wisconsin on clear days. One of the easiest high-reward hikes in Michigan’s western Upper Peninsula.
