About This Trail
Wayne National Forest’s signature 16-mile backpacking loop through tall pine groves, open meadows, quiet streams, and rock outcroppings along ridgetops and stream bottoms. A 5-mile short loop option makes it accessible for day hikes, while the full route passes through some of the most remote forest terrain in southeastern Ohio.
