About This Trail
A 7.1-mile ridge traverse through the Athens Unit of Wayne National Forest, following sustained ridgeline terrain above the forested hollows of southeastern Ohio. The remote route connects to the Baileys Trail System’s 26-mile network, passing through oak-hickory canopy with minimal development and an Appalachian backcountry atmosphere.
