Bill Kimball - Coldspring Branch Loop
Loop around El Lieutenant in the Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area
The trail around El Lieutenant combines portions of Bill Kimball Trail and Coldspring Branch Trail to create a 4.6-mile loop. Bill Kimball Trail is the more difficult of the two, but it is also more scenic. The trail is recommended only for experienced hikers, as the trail is steep, rocky, and uneven.
