South Rim Trail (Oak Mountain State Park)
Trail up and along Double Oak Mountain
Description:
The trail begins at the North Trailhead, climbing Double Oak Mountain and offering some stunning views of the valley below. The trail follows the bluffs until it reaches beautiful Peavine Falls, and, a half a mile later, the South Trailhead.
Overnight camping along the trail is permitted, and shuttles are available.
