About This Trail
This 1.9-mile flat trail at Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge loops through Bear Swamp, featuring a 30-foot observation tower and floating platform overlooking freshwater marsh and forested wetlands. The accessible walking path passes through mature forest before opening to marsh channels where bald eagles, muskrats, and wood ducks are regularly observed.
