About This Trail

An easy 1.8-mile nature loop near Daicey Pond campground, one of Baxter State Park’s most iconic cabin areas, with extraordinary views of Katahdin reflected in the pond’s calm waters. The trail connects to nearby Big and Little Niagara Falls on Nesowadnehunk Stream, about a mile downstream, and canoe rentals are available at the pond.

Getting There

From Millinocket, drive north to Baxter State Park's Togue Pond Gatehouse. Follow the Park Tote Road 10.4 miles to the Daicey Pond campground spur road. Park at the designated day-use lot.
