Meandering between Cedar Creek and three fishing ponds at Cedar Creek State Park, this 1.5-mile trail provides anglers scenic access to catch muskie, bass, and other freshwater fish. Rolling forested hills and a hand-carved century-old trough add character to this Gilmer County lakeside walk.

Getting There

From Glenville, take Route 5 south approximately 4 miles to Cedar Creek State Park. The Fishermans Trail begins at the ball field area within the park and follows Cedar Creek and the fishing ponds.
