About This Trail
An easy trail to a series of sandstone rock outcrops with sweeping views over the 12,000-acre Allegheny Reservoir and the forested hills of the national forest. Multiple viewing platforms and rock ledges offer different perspectives of the reservoir and surrounding Allegheny Plateau. A family-friendly destination with picnic facilities near the trailhead along the Longhouse Scenic Drive.
