About This Trail

Linking ridges in the Flint Mill area of Cherokee National Forest, this connector combines forest service road and wooded singletrack with 2,030 feet of elevation gain over 7.2 miles. Flint Rock’s sweeping views of South Holston Lake highlight the route through the Watauga Ranger District.
