About This Trail
A 3.8-mile national recreation trail descending through a steep stream ravine to the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County, requiring multiple creek crossings and scrambles over bedrock and boulders. The route connects to the Conestoga Trail and nearby Pinnacle Overlook above the river. One of southeastern Pennsylvania’s most challenging and scenic preserve hikes through Lancaster Conservancy lands.
