About This Trail

A steep 2.7-mile descent through a hemlock-shaded ravine along Tucquan Creek with boulder crossings and cascading pools in the Lancaster County river hills. The trail drops to the Susquehanna River through one of the most rugged and beautiful nature preserves in the region. Often combined with Kellys Run for a challenging shuttle hike through the Conestoga Trail corridor.

Getting There

From Lancaster, take Route 324 south to River Road. Turn left and continue about 2 miles south to the Tucquan Glen Nature Preserve sign on the right, between Pequea and Holtwood.
