About This Trail
A 2.7-mile loop on the Mashantucket Pequot reservation climbs 491-foot Lantern Hill, where white quartz cliffs once served as a landmark visible from the Atlantic Ocean. The summit overlooks Lantern Hill Pond, the surrounding countryside, and nearby Foxwoods, marked by trail signs bearing a spear-and-feather emblem.
