About This Trail
This 6.1-mile trail winds through the 850-acre Middle Run Valley Natural Area near Newark, crossing forests, open meadows, and rolling hills with nearly 400 feet of elevation gain. The route connects to White Clay Creek State Park trails to create some of the longest continuous hiking in Delaware, passing through the Lenape and Possum Hollow corridors.
