About This Trail
Climb to the 1,106-foot summit of Mount Norwottuck, the highest peak in the Holyoke Range, via a 3.4-mile loop past the historic Horse Caves where Shays’ Rebellion rebels took shelter. The traprock ridgeline offers ledge views and scrambling over distinctive basalt formations.
