About This Trail
Follow the Appalachian Trail to the 2,365-foot summit of Mount Race on the Taconic ridge, with exposed ledges offering sweeping views across the southern Berkshires and into Connecticut. The open summit provides some of the most expansive southward views on the entire AT in Massachusetts.
