Stone Cuts Trail
Named for the deep cuts in the limestone walls along a portion of the trail
This trail is one of fascinating geological formations. The highlights include the Sinks (located a mile into the hike) with lots of crawl spaces, and the Stone Cuts, located just a bit past the Sinks. From the Stone Cuts hikers are lead into several tunnels, where the trickles of water continue to erode the limestone. The trail is of moderate difficulty, with the trail occasionally becoming quite steep.
Length: 3.0 miles
