About This Trail
Descending from Kaymoor Top Trailhead, this trail drops 150 feet to Butcher Branch Falls, a tiered sandstone cascade rarely crowded despite its proximity to the parking area. Towering hardwood forest and a crossable stream accompany hikers through this scenic corner of New River Gorge National Park.
