Marked with green blazes in Bear Creek Lake State Park, this 1.75-mile loop circles through mixed woods with views of the 40-acre lake. Gentle terrain just west of Richmond makes it a pleasant half-day outing, easily combined with the park’s 14 other trails through Cumberland State Forest.
